Do you accept new patients?

Absolutely! We love new patients.

Do you do same-day treatment?

We would need to first get you in for a consultation. After we evaluate your problem, it will depend on the length of treatment time to see if we can do same-day treatment. Most treatments will take approximately 45 minutes to even 3 hours. Please follow for more details: “Emergency Dental Treatment page”

Do you accept dental insurance?

Absolutely! We take all PPO dental insurances. We work with all insurance companies to maximize your allotted benefits. We are both an in-network & out-of-network provider. Depending on your plan, your insurance is always estimated to cover your visit entirely or partially. We do provide a complimentary benefits check before your dental visit.

Do you take Medicaid or Medicare?

We do accept some Medicare plans as long as we are in-network with them. We do not accept Medicaid.

Do you offer payment plans?

We offer several payment plans and we can discuss the best plan for you when you come in. Please follow link for more details: “Financial Policies page”

What are your hours?

We have Monday – Thursday with morning and afternoon available.

Where are you guys located and where would I park at?

We are on the first floor of Shops at Park Lane. There is parking available in front of our office as well as two garages nearby. There is a parking garage north of us and south near a dog park/playground. We are located in front of Bowl & Barrel.

How long is my first visit?

First dental appointment at a new dental office normally would take approximately one hour and a half so we can do a full evaluation.

Do you see children?

We see patients of all ages from babies as young as 3 months to 65+ seniors.
